Unless otherwise specified by the agreement of collaboration, international applications for entrance in September (FALL\u00a0SEMESTER) should be email-submitted\u00a0to the Division of International Education and Exchange at MCU\u00a0before\u00a0May 30. Applications for entrance in February (SPRING SEMESTER) should be email-submitted\u00a0to the Division of International Education and Exchange at MCU\u00a0before November 30. All applicants should be submitted to MCU via the International Office or its equivalent at the applicant\u2019s home institution. Personal applications are not accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following documents must be enclosed with the application. Processing might be delayed if applications are incomplete.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

    \n \t
  1. A copy of the completed\u00a0application form<\/a>\u00a0(provided by the International Education and Exchange Division)<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  2. An official copy of the transcripts from the applicant\u2019s home institution<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  3. Certificate of School Enrollment from the applicant\u2019s home institution<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  4. One A4 page statement of purpose explaining\u00a0why you want to study abroad\u00a0in MCU<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  5. A copy of passport<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  6. One recent photo (about 1\u201dX 2\u201d): attach on the application form<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  7. Copy of Vaccination Certificates of Measles and Rubella, or proof of positive Measles and Rubella antibody titers (English version)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
