The estimated costs of studying at MCU are for reference only, which may vary\u00a0depending on individual behavior and needs, do not include personal travel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visa Application Fee to enter Taiwan<\/strong>
\n\u203bPlease contact the\u00a0Taiwan Representative Office in your country<\/span><\/p>\n

National Health Insurance: NT$826\/ per month or NT$4,956\/ per semester<\/strong>
\n\u203bForeign students who have been staying in Taiwan for more than\u00a06 months and already been issued the residence visa, must attend the National Health Insurance scheme.
\n\u203bFor the first\u00a06 months of arrival in Taiwan (Fall semester: Sept.~Feb., Spring semester: Mar.~Aug.), we recommend you arrange your own general insurance coverage from home country, and bring the English copy of your insurance policy to Taiwan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Medical Health Check-up: NT$500\/ for studying at MCU for one-semester; NT$1,800\/ for studying at MCU for one academic year\u00a0(subject to change)<\/strong>
\n\u203bAll newly-arriving students are required to attend the Medical Checkup arranaged by the unviersity.<\/span><\/p>\n

School Housing:<\/strong>
\n\u203bStudents are accommodated in on or off-campus school housing; rooms are arranged by the university.
\nSchool Housing Fee:\u00a0NT$15,000~NT$36,000 per person per semester<\/span><\/p>\n

(Self-rented) Private Housing:<\/strong>
\n(Taoyuan campus) Off-campus private apartment (self-rented) per Month: NT$5,000~8,000
\n(Taipei campus) Off-campus private apartment (self-rented) per Month: NT$6,000~10,000
