If\u00a0you\u00a0plan to pursue another degree program in Taiwan (including at MCU), please visit the Section of International Student Service (E Building, 2nd Floor) to ensure the continuation of your National Health Insurance (NHI) and ARC validity.<\/p>\n

If you are enrolled only in\u00a0senior courses this semester, you may collect your diploma starting from June 8, 2026.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are enrolled in any\u00a0non-senior courses, you may collect your diploma starting from July 15, 2026.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please bring your Student ID and ARC when picking up your diploma.<\/p>\n

\u606d\u559c\u60a8\u9806\u5229\u7562\u696d\uff01\u795d\u798f\u60a8\u5728\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e00\u5207\u9806\u5229\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8a08\u756b\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7e7c\u7e8c\u653b\u8b80\u65b0\u7684\u5b78\u4f4d\uff08\u5305\u542b\u5728\u9298\u50b3\u5927\u5b78\uff09\uff0c\u8acb\u524d\u5f80\u5883\u5916\u751f\u8f14\u5c0e\u7d44\uff08E\u9928 2\u6a13\uff09\u8fa6\u7406\u76f8\u95dc\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u5168\u6c11\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u96aa\uff08NHI\uff09\u53ca\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\uff08ARC\uff09\u6301\u7e8c\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n

6\u00a0Things\u00a0Every Graduate\u00a0Should\u00a0Know<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u6bcf\u4f4d\u7562\u696d\u751f\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u516d\u4ef6\u4e8b<\/strong><\/h1>\n
\n

I. ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) \u5c45\u7559\u8b49<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. ARC After Graduation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By government regulations, MCU must report to the Immigration Office once\u00a0you\u00a0graduate. Your current ARC will eventually be canceled, even if it has not expired.<\/p>\n

\u4f9d\u653f\u5e9c\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5b78\u6821\u5c07\u901a\u5831\u79fb\u6c11\u7f72\uff0c\u60a8\u73fe\u6709\u7684 ARC \u5373\u4f7f\u4ecd\u5728\u6709\u6548\u671f\u9650\u5167\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u88ab\u8a3b\u92b7\u3002<\/p>\n

\n

2. Switching to a \u201cJob-Seeking ARC\u201d \u6c42\u8077\u5c45\u7559\u8b49<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Graduates may use the MCU diploma to apply for a Job-Seeking ARC at the Immigration Office.
    \nIt is valid for one year and may be extended once, for a maximum of two years.<\/p>\n

    \u7562\u696d\u751f\u53ef\u6191\u9298\u50b3\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8\u81f3\u79fb\u6c11\u7f72\u7533\u8acb\u6c42\u8077\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\uff0c\u6548\u671f\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u5ef6\u9577\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u6700\u9577\u5169\u5e74\u3002<\/li>\n

  2. If\u00a0you\u00a0plan to leave Taiwan and return later to look for a job, please make sure to apply for the Job-Seeking ARC\u00a0before<\/strong>\u00a0leaving Taiwan.\n

    \u82e5\u8a08\u756b\u77ed\u66ab\u96e2\u5883\u5f8c\u56de\u53f0\u6c42\u8077\uff0c\u8acb\u52d9\u5fc5\u5728\u96e2\u5883\u524d\u7533\u8acb\u6c42\u8077\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n

    3. Pursuing a New Degree in Taiwan \u653b\u8b80\u65b0\u5b78\u4f4d<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    DO NOT<\/b><\/span>\u00a0use the MCU diploma to extend your ARC.
    \nPursuing a new degree in Taiwan, only the\u00a0new program\u2019s admission letter<\/strong>\u00a0can be used for ARC extension.<\/p>\n

    \u653b\u8b80\u65b0\u5b78\u4f4d\u6642\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u5b78\u7a0b\u7684\u9304\u53d6\u901a\u77e5\u66f8<\/span><\/strong>\u8fa6\u7406 ARC \u5ef6\u671f\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u9298\u50b3\u7684\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8\u3002<\/p>\n

    \n

    4. Starting a Full-Time Job in Taiwan \u5168\u8077\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Use your diploma to extend your ARC. Your employer will then assist\u00a0you\u00a0in applying for a work permit and a new ARC.
    \nPlease confirm details directly with your employer.<\/p>\n

    \u4ee5\u5168\u8077\u5de5\u4f5c\u7e8c\u7559\u53f0\u7063\u8005\uff0c\u9700\u7528\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8\u5ef6\u9577\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7531\u516c\u53f8\u5354\u52a9\u8fa6\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8207\u65b0\u7684 ARC\uff0c\u8acb\u8207\u516c\u53f8\u78ba\u8a8d\u76f8\u95dc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n

    \n

    II. National Health Insurance (NHI) \u5168\u6c11\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u96aa<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Your NHI coverage through MCU is valid\u00a0until Sept 1, 2026<\/strong>.\n

      \u5b78\u6821\u6295\u4fdd\u7684\u5065\u4fdd\u6709\u6548\u81f3 2026\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u3002<\/li>\n

    2. After graduation, if\u00a0you\u00a0are not yet employed,\u00a0you\u00a0must maintain NHI by enrolling directly at the National Health Insurance Agency (NHI).\n

      \u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u82e5\u5c1a\u672a\u53d7\u96c7\uff0c\u9808\u81ea\u884c\u524d\u5f80\u5065\u4fdd\u7f72\u8fa6\u7406\u5065\u4fdd\u7e8c\u4fdd\u3002<\/li>\n

    3. After graduating from MCU, if you are enrolled in the National Health Insurance through the NHI Agency, please make sure to cancel your NHI coverage before permanently leaving Taiwan.\n

      Your student work permit becomes invalid immediately after graduation.<\/p>\n

      \u5b78\u751f\u5de5\u4f5c\u8b49\u65bc\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5373\u5931\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n

      IV. Working in Taiwan After Graduation \u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u7559\u53f0\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Starting from January 1, 2026, all graduates may use their diplomas to apply for a Job Seeking ARC, allowing them to stay in Taiwan and work without applying for a full-time work permit or meeting the new scoring criteria.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u81ea\u00a02026\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77<\/strong>\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7562\u696d\u751f\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8\u7533\u8acb\u00a0\u5c31\u696d\u5c0b\u6c42\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\uff08Job Seeking ARC\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u7559\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4e26\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u7533\u8acb\u5168\u8077\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u6216\u7b26\u5408\u65b0\u8a55\u9ede\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<\/li>\n

        V. Extending Students \u5ef6\u4fee\u751f<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

        Extending students’ registration is on AUG.18-19, 2026.\u00a0 Please complete registration online, select courses, and pay fees (including NHI fee NTD 4,956).<\/p>\n

        2026\u5e748\u670818-19\u65e5\u5ef6\u4fee\u751f\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u8acb\u65bc\u8a3b\u518a\u7db2\u7ad9\u5b8c\u6210\u9078\u8ab2\u53ca\u7e73\u8cbb\uff08\u542b\u5065\u4fdd\u8cbb4,956\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

        Extending ARC \u5ef6\u671f\u5c45\u7559\u8b49<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. If your ARC expires\u00a0before<\/strong>\u00a0registration day, apply for an \u201cExtended Study Certificate\u201d at the Registration Office (A Building, 3rd Floor).\n

          \u82e5 ARC \u5728\u8a3b\u518a\u65e5\u524d\u5230\u671f\uff0c\u8acb\u81f3\u53f0\u5317\u6821\u5340 A\u99283\u6a13\u8a3b\u518a\u7d44\u7533\u8acb\u300c\u5ef6\u9577\u4fee\u696d\u8b49\u660e\u300d\u3002<\/li>\n

        2. \u00a0If your ARC expires after August 18\u201319, please use your stamped Student ID to apply for an extension.\n

          \u82e5\u60a8\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\uff08ARC\uff09\u65bc\u00a08\u670818\u201319\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5230\u671f<\/strong>\uff0c\u8acb\u6301\u5df2\u84cb\u7ae0\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u8fa6\u7406\u5ef6\u671f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
