🎓 Eligibility

  • MCU undergraduate / graduate degree students (no enrollment limit)
  • Open to all years and majors
  • Recommended English proficiency: TOEIC 500+ conversational level

📝 Application Process

  1. Submit the “Letter of Deposition” to the Division of International Education and Exchange (IEE) by May 4th (Mon).
  2. Admission results will be notified by email within 3 days after the deadline.
  3. Accepted students must complete GIWS’s online registration, submit required documents, and make payment before May 22.

💰 Special Discounted Fee

  • 1st Session (4 weeks) Tuition: KRW 1,000,000 (approx. USD 680)
    2nd Session (2 weeks) Tuition: KRW 600,000 (approx. USD 400)
    👉 Payment must be remitted to GIWS’s designated account (details to be provided) before May 22.
  • The dormitory fee is included in the tuition. GISS provides lunch on weekdays during the program period. However, breakfast and dinner are not included and should be arranged individually by the participants.

📌 Additional Notes
✈ Round-trip economy airfare to Korea: approx. NT$10,000–20,000. Tickets may be purchased through the MCU-affiliated travel agency (3F, Tourism Building, Taoyuan Campus) or other travel agencies by yourself.
🛂 Visa: Holders of Taiwan passports enjoy a 90-day visa-free stay (passport validity must exceed 6 months). Holders of other passports should contact the Korean Mission in Taipei.
🍜 Meals on your own expenses: Estimated NT$200–300 per meal.
🏠 Meeting Point: Incheon International Airport (designated location).
🛡 Insurance: Participants must purchase overseas insurance (accident/travel/medical). Coverage must be valid from departure until return.
