2026 CAU International Winter Program (IWP) – Online Information Sessions

Chung-Ang University (CAU) in Seoul is pleased to announce the 2026 International Winter Program (IWP) and invites students interested in studying in Korea, experiencing Korean culture, and participating in an international short-term program to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

To introduce the program and provide students with more information, CAU’s Office of International Affairs will host five online information sessions.

📅 Online Information Sessions

CAU will offer five online information sessions. All five sessions will cover the same content, so students may join whichever session is most convenient for their schedules.

There is no need to attend a specific session, and students are also welcome to participate in more than one session if they wish.

❄️ 2026 CAU International Winter Program

  • Program Period: December 28, 2026 (Mon) – January 8, 2027 (Fri)  > Students who do not have classroom final exams in Week 17~18 may apply.
  • Program Duration: 2 weeks
  • Location: Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea

🎓 Eligibility

  • MCU undergraduate / graduate degree students (no enrollment limit)
  • Open to all years and majors
  • Recommended English proficiency: TOEIC 500+ conversational level

📝 Application Process

  1. Submit the “Letter of Deposition” to the Division of International Education and Exchange (IEE) by October 28th (Wed).
  2. Admission results will be notified by email within 3 days after the deadline.
  3. Accepted students must complete CAU’s online registration before December 1st deadline, submit required documents, and make payment.

💰 Special Discounted Fee: 2-week Program Tuition: USD 1,300、Dormitory: USD 200
👉 Payment must be remitted to CAU’s designated account (details to be provided).
👉 Participants must also submit a TB test result (English version).

📌 Additional Notes
✈ Round-trip economy airfare to Korea: approx. NT$10,000–20,000. Tickets may be purchased through the MCU-affiliated travel agency (3F, Tourism Building, Taoyuan Campus) or other travel agencies by yourself.
🛂 Visa: Holders of Taiwan passports enjoy a 90-day visa-free stay (passport validity must exceed 6 months). Holders of other passports should contact the Korean Mission in Taipei.
🍜 Meals on your own expenses: Estimated NT$200–300 per meal.
🏠 Meeting Point: Chung-Ang University dormitory (designated location).
🛡 Insurance: Participants must purchase overseas insurance (accident/travel/medical). Coverage must be valid from departure until return.
