About Us

The Division of International Education and Exchange (IEE) was founded in 2001 with the aims to promote international education, integrate with the Greater China Economic Market, and keep abreast with the trend of globalization. Since its establishment, IEE has forged ahead with setting up cooperative ties with universities worldwide. Currently, more than 190 institutes around the world have entered into cooperative agreements with Ming Chuan University. The ultimate goals of IEE are to further develop inter-institutional partnerships, provide multi-dimensional resources and channels for local faculty and students, as well as to further enhance the competitiveness of MCU.
