ACADEMIC INFORMATION

There are 11 colleges in MCU, including 44 undergraduate programs, 28 graduate programs and 3 PhD programs. Most of the undergraduate courses are instructed in Chinese. All courses in International College are instructed in English.

Applicants should have sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Chinese to apply for a Chinese-taught-program. Study plan and autobiography written in Chinese are required for application.

The tuition and fees for one semester is around USD 1,600 to 1,900.

There are two semesters in each academic year. The first one begins around the middle of September until the middle of January; the second one is from around the middle of February to the end of June. In between are summer and winter breaks.
